Drum Practice TOMORROW! Both ZingO and CCHY will be from 9am to 1pm.. cause there will be a parents meeting session at 2pm i think.. then i got a big question, will everyone come tmr? at least, i know that edvwin will come.. and i have asked pple to help me telephone spam him as a morning call.. got xjw,ca,tw,b,ht & rh.. all initials of the pple i asked..haha..

i went to zheng Hua Sec to accompany belson to teach drum.. i saw some surprising (some not surprising) stuff happening there.. we was just on time when we reach the security at the school, we thought we are late.. then we walked around to find the boys.. then we found them playing sour grape(a scouts game).. when we asked why practice haven start, they say the juniors have not been released from lessons..(shouldn't the seniors be the ones who should extra lessons?).. afterwards, we went upstairs to the practice area.. we found
1)the door locked,
2)the juniors waiting for the seniors to come up and open the repaired door(the spolit door was like not locked for 24/7 so the boys prefer that door as they have full acess to the room)
3)to open the room, they broke the door again..
4)they also had boys who was like trying to open up the ceilings(those fake ceilings with planks hiding the real ceiling)
5)the practice area, although not the best, is good with no complains from the nearby residents(not much, the school is quite isolated)
6)from the 4th floor, the view is so similar to the view from the old sembawang campus.. triggers so much mermories..the campus was built in a similar style, big, isolated and quiet..

the the boys was generally fun, none of them pissed me off as they are fun loving.. there were Jorden(centre), Issac(jiao wei king, ats), Alvin(leader?), Sherman(ka-wa-ii),Yii han(frontman), Yu Han(frontman), Wang An(opens his mouth to smile as much as his eyes to blink), Alex(quiet guy) and Cang Yin(sleepy eyes)..

then yeaterday, went to yuying sec to teach drum with shi xiong.. we went to the school for the first time but thanks to the super good uncle at hougang MRT station who specially looked up up the streetcum bus directory and shown us the way.. pls take an effort to see this video to see wat i wanna shown you.. i was to be in-charge of teaching yu ying sec's jie ling gu.. but when shi xiong is there, i had to step aside.. he is the man.. then after practice, shi xiong and i went to cineleisure to meet up with the others to see a movie.. we was like TOO early.. we are should be there by 2030hrs, but we reached there like 1915hrs.. the wait was long and boring for me.. shi xiong was busy looking at the papers and me, eating my ou-wa-mee-sua(oyster noodles).. three pple are supposed to come.. xjw, chun ann and belson.. xjw was coming from Choa Chu Kang(zheng hua's practice on thursday), Chun ann from his intense training somewhere far and belson from home at yishun.. weird enough, the xjw came first, followed by chun ann(take cab, other 2 train) and belson last (who should be first)..
we had pastamania for dinner.. i spent $15 for my dinner, a spicy crayfish asnd a medium ice lemon tea..the pasta is EX lar.. EX-pensive as well as EX-cellent.. i enjoyed it a lot..thanks for xjw's recommendation..
then we went to see a movie.. we sort of violated some rules(i am not saying to prevent being noticed).. but then, i learn a little of an unknown language.. like fear is 'suck' and a certain god is named 'kulkullah'.. haha..



some facts and tips of life

some illness or injuries and cures or things you should do..(found them while looking for a cure when i was sick)

Skin blister ----- banish bacteria.. keep the blister intact to prevent infections to the growing skin beneath the old skin..

scrape/gash ---- moisture it.. will promote growth of new cells

headache ---- Sex(cool right? a pity most of the pple i know are underaged)

Tickle/incessant cough ---- gargle saltwater, then take medication containing DEXTROMETHORPHAN..

Coughing phlegm ----- gargle saltwater, then take cough medication containing GUAIFENESIN(breaks mucus)

Hoarseness/no voice ----- take aspirin.. then SHUT UP(whispering can be more of a strain then talking)

Saturday (20 Jan)

my phone rang at 0500hrs.. it was not the alarm(i got no reason to set my
alarm and wake up so early), but a sms from djw, saying that he is rushing
his project and will be late.. it is difficult to maintaining a double
identity(one student and the other as one of the main person among the
group).. he not only got his point over to me, but made me wake up so
early.. i was not feeling so well the day before so i took pills and slept
at 0200hrs(because i am blogging abt the weird auntie who asked me quite a
lot of questions).. so basically i only slept for 3 hours.. i tossed and
rolled in my bed and still couldn't get sleep.. then i felt thirsty and a
little too warm.. adding onto my condition of being sleep deprived.. so i
dragged and dragged my preparations to go for practice..

tony , ruo Han and i met up for breakfast at khatib's MacDonald's.. sad to
say, i was early and the other two late.. hence i waited til 0830hrs before
having breakfast.. still a little too warm than my body temperature.. we met
up for breakfast as tony and Ruo Han wanted to join ZingO.. so i was sort of
like a middleman.. well, for my friends to join ZingO, i dun really mind.. i
had my second dosage of pills at school when i had the time.. but the pills
only worked til lunch..i took my third dosage at yishun MRT while i waited
for the rest to catch up as i went ahead to buy drinks..

well, Drum Practice was better than the practice on last last Saturday..
because more pple turned up, there was xjw,chun Ann, teck wee, belson,zhong
shu, aw ,choon, neo, Charmine, jasmine, qing sia and Pei qing and tony and
ruo han... at 0955hrs, i only saw a few pple.. i was like thinking ' sian..
history is going to repeat itself..' but within the 5 minutes, the seven
pple from TP turned up.. they made the place more lively.. Fu Hua's pple
didn't turn up again as they got a camp..

tony and ruo Han was extremely diligent in learning [b da ju].. the others was having a short practice of [b da ju]... after abt half to 1 hour , we had a break that was too long.. xjw
was prompting us to think of a score that can be used during the silver
ribbon campaign.. for me, this kind of things is not really my forte.. so i had to left it to the others to do so.. then TP pple was bored that they entertained themselves
with the score Neo created.. jia you, Neo!

this situation carried on til it
rained(chun ann, it is weather rain and not Korean Rain) soon after
1200hrs.. and after moving the drums indoors, we kept the drums..with no more
practice.. then we cleaned up the place ,dismissed and went off for lunch..

Qns: Wat Lau! why so slack?
Ans: because the entire practice was just to waste time away without a
proper, specific agenda.. what score to use, how to rearrange.. the brief
agenda was, prepare for the performance for silver ribbon campaign..6
performers for that performance.. there are limitations to our abilities and
just too many uncertain things we can think of and do nth abt it..like which
score to use and how to arrange the rhythms to make them fancy..if we set the
score, will be be too rowdy or will it be too conventional? all those
questions cannot be answered by us alone..there is no proper guidance..

because 1)we have the afternoon free(not very frequent), 2) we seldom hang out in such a big group of 7 after we got promoted(or not)and 3)it would be boring to go home plus we had fun together, we went to OCC and play pool for around 2 hours.. for $5 each person..(tony,you still own me $5)..xjw was missing his standards and belson and tony was pretty good players you know..

PS: there was another thing that made the day worse.. Edvwin promised the 7 of us that he will turn up for practice for the past two weeks.. and he have failed to do so for the past two weeks as well.. either can't wake up or got tuition.. i have little trust in his words.. but i can't help him..oops,*but i can't help it(he is a pig by nature)..sad.. dunno when he would turn up.. a lot of pple are waiting for you to join sia.. edvwin..

Sunday

my 'unwellness' had evolved into a fever by the morning and a flu by the night.. maybe i didn't really rest well plus the strain i had on Saturday practice..i slept the morning during work time.. that's the benefit of working in family business..

after i got home from the fish farm,i went to py's house to return her the radio which she generously offered when she knew the chalet needed one..haha.. i am so kua zhang.. it was only because i was running errands for my dad.. then she lived near the market..so i went to her house.. she offered me soup.. but if i stay and drink the soup, and she gets sick, like how she did during the day before prom, she would blame me again.. plus, i already had dinner, i had to decline her mum's superb soup(py is not that good i cooking)..so sadded..

i also made a mistake that crowned me blur king once again(Kai xin said i am blur king leh.. so sad).. we had a voucher from meritus mandarin because we chose them to hold 'The Prom'..i mis-calculated the months and i thought the voucher is only valid for another 1 week which actually is 5 weeks.. ha ha..so i rang a false alarm..

EVENTS of ZingO

the BBQ which i mentioned in the past, we need to start planning now! the place is at my dad's farm.. then on the 3rd of feb.. evening(where got BBQ earlier than that de?)..

the equipment part, i wanna ask if you guys(and gals) prefer packets drinks, can drinks or mix syrup(no Bandung i must say.. too many bad flashbacks le) to drink?

then food, any one allergic to any food or can't take wat kind of food(like PORK)? (zhong shu, i know you are vegetarian, i will arrange something for you de.. dun wry).. then pls let me know roughly wat specific food you wanna eat that evening.. eg. satay,bee hoon,curry,Taiwan sausages, chicken meat,chicken wings(sry chun Ann), or anything else we can afford.. let me know.. use my Cbox ba..or msn me also can..

Tomorrow got drum practice.. both Chung Cheng and ZingO.. same time,same place,same attire and same rule for ZingO-ians(1 minute 5 push ups).. Hope more pple will can turn up and the atmosphere will be returned to normal.. djw said it will so i think it will.. haha.. i have faith in his words.. and Edvwin, who promised to others and myself that he will turn up tmr, is not coming tmr as he got tuition at 1200hrs tmr.. sad.. but we can't help it(he is a pig by nature).. and tony have mentioned that he is considering abt joining ZingO to accompany the 4 of us who are already in ZingO.. dunno if it is confirmed.. we shall see tmr..much expected sia..

today went to NP (not NorthPoint but Ngee Ann Poly)..

The School was bigger than i expected lar.. then it was not on a flat terrain like TP(i climbed up and down the slpoes and stairs).. and the layout is not as clear as TP's and i got lost for the first half hour(so pai seh).. i was wandering around the Sch of Engineering and elsewhere until i found the more populated blocks.. maybe i went alone, the Poly was actually not very fun.. the CCAs seems boring, the booths was not that attractive and not informative..

i met a lot of eX_schoolmates (my juniors lar).. cause the school brought them to tour NP.. thus the teachers was there lar.. i saw teachers there.. got Mr Yip,Miss Norfida and the woman who everytime says that she HAVE to there when going to the poly trips..pple who knows me better, you know who she is already.. i dun wan her name on my blog.. so dun tag her name in my Cbox.. haiz.. i dun like pple who think they are TOO IMPORTANT to be missing in action and self torture themselves.. she is one of these kind of pple lar..

but i had my share of fun at NP before i saw her lar.. went to the school of Life Sciences & Chemical Technology(ISCT) and checked put the cool courses there.. i spent most of my time there during my visit to NP(other than on roads)...i went to explore their X-men theme bio courses, chemistry courses and new courses (this sentence is wrong lar,but pls bear with it as i am tired by the day's activity.. so sry).. i spent time at the Diploma in Horticulture and Landscape Design in a room filled with plants..the reception was quit warm as i was one of the few in the room .. thew room is less rowdy than wat was happening outside the room.. i like the room cause there is alot of hands-on work that i can participate in..the pple there was warm and approachable.. there was this really tall dark guy(a few inches taller than me) who guided me through the course and helped me when i need it..

Tall and Dark guy(who looked like a Malay): do you wanna try wat we do here at horticulture and landscape design?

Me(i was like huh?) : ok.. how?

Tall and Dark guy: org, we will provide you with the materials that are pre-cut and you just have to glue it together.. hen rong yi de.. dan shi ni yao xiao xin bu yao bei tang shang.. take a seat and we can start..

Me(rudely) : you are a chinese ar?! i thought you are a malay..

then he went to ask his fellow malay coursemates and they agreed with me..sad.. he even needs to confirm with malays if he looks like one.. dun think he got a mirror.. but he is a nice guy with great charms.. gals, if you take this course, you will get a good-looking senior.. :) i had a great time building the model with him around.. he is a good conversationalist as well..

i made a small model of a swimming pool with his guidence, wat the course was about, designing places with plants.. the photo is at the end of this entry..

generally, the people at NP is a lot better than its things.. you get wat i mean don't cha? they have pple who positioned themselves at Clementi MRT station just to guide pple gg to the open house from there to the campus.. then the booth-tenders are great at getting me interested in their various courses..

on my way back home, i dropped by causeway point to buy a few stuff and on my way back at the MRT station, i was sort of disturbe by a woman.. then i said a lot of weird things..

Woman : are you a student?

Me : eh.. no..(its true lar.. i am not studying ma)

Woman :how old are you?

Me : 24

Woman :sry?(MRT noisy lar )

Me : 20 years-old..

Woman : are you a working?are you a non-singaporean?

Me : ya (squared)

Woman : wat country?(super singaporean)

Me : malaysia(i dunno why i said that)

Woman : PR?

Me : No.. YA!(final answer)

Woman : you grown up here?

Me : not very long..

Woman( giving me a weird look) : how long have you been a PR?

Me (cover amost blown): not very long.. i am running for time, i need to rush back to work..

Woman (while me running off): ok.. bye..

after getting on the train, i was like wondering why i told her so much.. lies.. well, she didn't tell me wat was her questions were and i didn't give her my particulars.. haha.. it doesn't matters lar..

I went to TP's open house today.. if was fun,informative and very funny(cause Hiu Tung is around).. The music, was actually to be xiang cao ba bu by nan quan mama.. but i couldn't find the track.. so make do with this..





this post is more of my personal life, except that i missed SALVO DRUMS de performance at TP, The Place to be(slogan of TP)..i was like 5 minutes late.. i got off the cab then i heard the drums..i tried to rush to The Plaza, and search for the stage..when i found the stage which is at the Triangle Garden, the stage is empty and the SALVO pple had cleared the drums to the pathway beside the stage..so i can only go forward and say HI to Choon,Aw,Pei Qing,Qin xia,Neo,Sharmine(spell wrong tell me hor) and the rest of the SALVO pple..and helped to carry the drums back to the drum store of TP.. When all the drums all placed where they should be, Choon proposed to take a group photo..only he and Neo posed ,very comedy-liked, on top of the carpet muffers before being interupted by Aw for a post-performance briefing.. then i left to wander around the school.. but i will say that the SALVO DRUMS have very nice costumes..





i met up with tony after we found each other at The Plaza.. cause TP was too big lar.. i was exposed to the skies and he was covered by the roof i am stepping on.. We first went to the sch of applied science.. IT WAS FLOODED WITH PPLE.. maybe the corridors was narrow.. we both saw the booths so flooded sain diao.. just avoided other pple's shoulders and make our way to take a peek or two at the posters and such...then, an auntie lecturer(i am not insulting her appearance, just wanna get my point clearly across) from BioTech come fro and introduce us to BioTech..well, we laughed at her a little but admired her professionalism compared to the other lecturers..there was another lecturer who was just as proactive... from school of info com, uncle lecturer from financial business informatics..they can be enlisted into the lecturer of the year award..





i saw some schoolmates at TP..pple like, Henderik,Jessie,Sam yee ,Zhen and Kai xin from !19.. then got sam lee, hai shi, yu ching and yan hua..their group dunno is the trio and 1 extra or the couple with 2 lightbullbs.. wats so special ar? i met hend and san yee twice and i know samuel is slower when using his phone and looking for pple.. i sms-e him, then he took out his phone 5 seconds later and listened to the ringtone.. and spent time looking for tony and myself until hai shi told him our whereabouts.. around 15 metres infront of them...sorry sam(lee),i have to say these..





TP is getting boring.. i know.. 3 short feeds...


1)sch of engineering should be renamed into sch of cheerleading.. they can cheer for as long as i am there sia.. braVO and braVA to the pink-coloured shirted students..


2)gals and guy are so different in TP...

Gal in air-con exibit(high pitch): 'hello,are you from PIE?'

Guy project partner(low charming bass voice): 'no lar.. they o level..'

we was like wondering, wat is PIE? how come the gals and guy so constrasting de? we thought of a possible answer to the second question.. we think it is because if the HOMOniser they had..


3)and TP guides are so warm that tony had to play with them.. they lined themselves up along the overhead bridge and sing goodbye songs to us.. tony ran like an althete.. not speed-wise but shook their hands to play along with the guides...











We left TP for Tampines Mall(TM).. there got OP shop.. i decided to try my luck again.. this was the start of from me..

ONg LAi(taking the pair of black slipper from the rack) : "wat is your BIGGEST size in the shop?"

Plump shopkeeper : "we only have size 6 and size 7 left.."

sadded (a bit numbed), we go eat dinner and went to 'amos famous' and i brought cookies.. tony said buy macademia nuts de.. so i brought macademia nuts and pecan with chcolate chip.. macademia taste better.. thank you tony..

after we reach Yishun, MRT, it was still early, so i went to CHONG PANG market to start .. 1 day 2 episodeS leh.. but it was worthwhile..

I GOT A PAIR OF SLIPPERS! HOORAY!

this proves that shopping malls have points that cannot compete with old Markets like Chong Pang.. if any other BIG-foot pple face the same problem as me, you may approach me to ask where that shop is... hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahah

oh ya.. i got a samsung K5 notebook from TP..so nice, the book and MP3...

then i received so many comments.. i am not complaining, these are constructive comments.. next time change skin will take into consideration of these comments de.. haha.. i quite like it .. its green and got good music...

Last sat's ZingO practice was really not the thing.. FH de drummers have their own CCA orientation to take care of so they did not turn up.. some others went for a tour or something like that at NTU so i heard.. other than djw,xjw,chun ann, belson,teck wee and me, pliscilla,belson's sis and zhong shu came.. so, the atmosphere was not there, without choon and aw talking crap, jasmine-pei qing-qin xia-sharmin(may spell wrong) woman's chat session with the other gals...just hope next week we can have our normal practice..same time,same place...

CCHY practice was more interesting.. FOUR new sec2 members popped out.. as a reaction of the solution of scouts-drum group being purified in to 24festive drums element and Scouts element..after a long 10 years.. haha.. and these 4 was like learning the basics when the others was much more happening.. the rest of the group had deposited the score 'days of the drum' at the brain store and withdrawn the score 'awaken' to practice.. i feel that this should be done long ago lar.. seperation is a good thing.. awaken was much more challenging for the group and no one was complaining fo bordom and tireness.. haha..with halved the CCA to take care of, many was more jovial.. maybe ta-ka-yu can be retrieved as the boys can take much more now.. :)

these two days have not been really interesting..

monday, stay at home until 1800hrs then leave to meet Belson.. cause his lessons ends at 1730hrs.. then from Simei reach Causeway takes lots of time(and money.. he was complaining abt how expensive the transport has been after we all gruduated.. haiz.. we all need to face it lar..)... my aim was to buy slippers.. my one year-old OP slippers has been worn out by my foot(not swearing) and the floors that it touch..you can see my imprints on the slippers and my foot is barly seperated by the cold floors as my slippers are thining.. but i did not manage to get one pair.. went to causeway de OP see see, slippers not nice de(same as the OP store at northpoint when i went later).. then i found a shop 'CHECK'.. i was delighted when i saw the wall of slippers in the shop.. but it was LG(Looked Good).. i picked a pair of dark green slippers, which i took a fancy to, and tried it on.. only to find out that it was too small..

LAI: "erm, xiao jie,do you have a bigger sized of this?"
SHOP KEEPER: (taking the slipper from my hands)"this is the BIGGEST size in our shop.."

i left the shop.. dragging my feet in the process.. this once again proves that big feet faces the problem of not able to find the footwear that fits..

but monday got a small bonus for me.. Albatross #3 is out le.. quite nice.. but the cover is dull..

today wake up, neck pain, shoulder pain and hand numb.. just like every other mornings.. i NEED a better pillow as well as a sleeping position.. then kana dragged to dad's shop to help out as well.. work work work.. lucky got 2 hour of naptime..

received lots of mail.. from RP,TP,NP and SP.. all their propaganda stuff to join them and such.. when i saw RP's small booklet, i threw it aside to focus on others polys.. didn't have an interest for that poly..

after reading the propaganda materials from the other polys, i highlighted a few interesting courses (in my mermory note) and wanna go check it out at the open houses this week(if can lar.. SP de over le)..Integrated events & project management, Applied food science & nutrition, biotechnology, baking & culinary science , aerospace electronics and Psychology &community services seems like cool diplomas to take up.. but there is no one to go with me.. Xjw PS me just now lar.. so i think i will have to go alone like how i always funtion during an outing :X

Yo pple!

pai-seh for such a late post.. cause i went to my cousin's chalet with some of my friends.. it was generally fun lar.. :) i got lots of mosquito bites on my skin :x but i am used to it le ba..

i met some interesting pple during the chalet.. like the jin tai scouts whom i made friends with during my participation in the NPC 2005.. i saw Lance and wei jie... they changed a bit since then.. well, forgot to get their contact numbers..

anyway, i think it is time to pack the post-festive feelings, start practices and get serious..

there will be a ZingO practice tomorrow, same time, same place.. haha.. can't reveal too much... haven get permission to do so...

then events, to all ZingO-ians, there will be a BBQ at my dad's working place on the 3rd of feb.. to do belated X'mas,belated HNY and early CNY celebrations.. haha.. combine so many events cause we were all so busy during the festive seasons..

performance wise, i haven really gotten much details, but there will be one on the 27th of jan.. haha.. got more info then tell you ba:)

thats the information relaying part of my blog..

since a saturday a few weeks ago, i have been stressed....

why?

cause i have been notified to be come the instructor of YYSS.. although it is not really cofirmed, but i have been thinking of how to be a good instructor.. cause it is my first attempt being one.. nervous nervous nervous..

i have a few ideas on how to teach them..but i need to discuss with my shifu.. well, tat person is not choon, but my shifu for more than 4 years now.. he is Xjw lar.. he taught me lots of things other than just drumming.. you will know when you spend time with him..

idea #1 : start the leave form or personal attendance policy..
the name suggests what it really is.. but more importantly, it is to improve attandance.. i came from a group that attendance is only constant for pple who really like this form of performing art.. the others, left this performing art before they got to appreciate the beauty of it.. then they come for practice only when there are big events coming up..they are seasonal drummers and i don't like this kind of attitude..so i wanna maximise the chance of the drummers of getting interested in coming for practice full time.. only then, will the drum group not face the problem of having not enough pple for a job or performance..

idea #2 : Having two types of practice
the first type of practice will be the normal kind when everyone will practice together and learn.. the second type will be somewhat like tutorial.. the targetted pple will be those who tend to be slower in learning.. i myself happens to be the kind of slower learner..so i know the feeling of being the slow learner and how depressing it is to be blamed for delaying the practice.. so the tutorial is meant to improve the skills of the weaker learners and thus closing the gap in between the better drummers and weaker drummers..

idea #3 : creating my own score
this may jolly well be the most absurb of my ideas.. i don't wanna talk too much into it but i will reveal that this idea is encouraged by djw..

before any other blog entries like notices, practices or events, we must all remember that 24festive drumming is not just hitting the buffalo skined-drums in the exact arrangement of beats but to have the right spirit of doing things and enjoying the process..

so...

Lesson #1: Prevent yourself from being in someone else's blacklist

well, as you may know, being disliked by others have been proved to be more of a disservice than a benefit when you wanna get things done,especially if that someone is in great power or makes the major decisions.. and that person will psy-co you be become a better person who can survive or meet /her requirements..

thus, i have summarized a list of the 7 types of people that stand high chances of being enrolled into other(s) blacklist.. counting down from the lowest possibility to the sun-pa will kana blacklist..

7) Improper appearance
people tend to judge others by apperance, and this action seems to have no barrier of any kind.. as a performer, it is crucial to have a good image when you are on a performance and
when you are with others performers, within the same group or other groups..

6) Bad Language Sense
there is a chinese saying which i did a direct translation. it actually means sickness goes in from the mouth and troubles comes from the mouth.. the moral behind this saying is mind what you eat and consider what you say.. this saying is very much true.. BUT i would like to add that language does not come in forms of spoken words but body movements as well(since i once did a english presentation on body language)..
Use less offensive words like t*m*d*,f*u*,f*t*s*,c*e*b*e and more thank you,please,great job,nice..then topped with certain good body language, you will be less often to be the one who offend others..then say the right things at the right time is encouraged as well..

5)Solo King/Queen
well, this means that the one who doesn't share and doesn't like to cooperate with co-drummers..festive drums is a act of not one soloist but a group effort.. even the drums comes in set of 24, as the jie lings..24jie lings in one year..
put down pride,kick the habit of doing everything alone and start to think in a group.. then you will find out that every thing will be easier,in terms of the work burden..

4) Does not seek improvement
since the world is constantly changing,we drummers have to as well..or you will prove to be less abled in times to come..
live by the phrase,be content with what you have and strive to get better..

3)passive than proactive
in festive drumming we are looking for 100% efforts to change what we have for the better and so we can't wait for people to make it happen but we have to make it happen ourselves.. why? cause if we are all passive, then nothing will happen and no improvements to self and group..
be the one who starts the ball rolling and not being rolled..

2)Dunno what the group wants
all things happens for a reason and we often see it as a aim or goal..only when the aim is secured and the directions will be laid out to success..if not then we might do the wrong things to inflict a damage to the aim..
always ask in doubts, activate your 'read in between skills' and clarify things out clearly...

1)No sense of commitment and responsibility
these kind of pple are at the top of my list as they are fusion of the worst kind of pple around when talking about choosing people to work with..having no sense of either commitment or responsibility is bad enough.. having neither of the two is worst.. get ready for the worst case senario when you are working with these pple..
for those who falls in this category, pls try to stay away from me until you wake up and start to commit and be responsible and start living like how a human should..

for the pple put there who falls in my list of easy blacklist-ed, spend sometime to read my advice and admend your wrong ways.. no one is perfect so you dun have to deny your bad habit(s) till now but start to get better.. ALL IS NOT TOO LATE AS LONG AS YOU ARE WILLING TO CHANGE FOR THE BETTER..
