went out of the house early.. actually planning to attend the morning English class.. then maybe because of fatigue, i slept til 0830hrs.. then couldn't attend this 9am class i had planned to do so.. so landed in school earlier and took laptop to chat and blog. hence you see this post.. sometimes, i really like SIM de atrium. it is a fully air-conditioned block.. so you can just sit down and just enjoy the air con..

in a dilema right now.. after class, which ends at 1pm, i can be at two places. 1)at YYSS to see those students there and cheer them up and raise morale.. hope they will be at their best during SYF.. or 2) go to SRJC to lend a helping hand,oops, lend a pair of helping arms to move the drums from SRJC to CCHY in preparation for SYF.. hard to choose.. cause i know moving drums will be more meaningful.. but then the students at YYSS wants me to be there when they practise..wat to do? maybe i would just flip a coin and hope that it will show me the direction..

on my way back ytd from my dad's worknig place, i heard the song 'wo huai nian de' by sun yan zi..dunno why, a surge of feelings came up into my head, felt a tingling sensationin my nose and my tear glands were active again.. but i stop the tears from coming out.. cause my dad and sis was around..

performance at art fest was a sucess..

both performances were well like by the audience..

the response was not bad. some other performing group said we did a good performance..

then got to gloat over it until we reached school and and reality hits slightly..

we lack a lot of things in our performance..

1) the right 'state of mind' to perform..

2) no specific theme to perform..

3) no efforts seen to do perform well..

then from mel's mouth (phone actually), she said that we looked bored doing the same thing (perform) over and over.. which is quite true.. then the advice she gave us was to perform like you never performed before..

" the arms can learn the rthyms, the legs can learn the steps but only the heart can learn the performance" mel told me a similar phrase and i edited it to be wat it is featured now.. well, this phrase have an great impact on me.. i think i have been treating drum wrongly since i graduated from CCHY drum group i guess.. need to figure it out.. haiz..

tmr got english exams, but my class thinks we are gg to fail or best get a D or better C.. cause of our teacher.. but i dun wanna worry too much...

just figured how to use Excel to do the SYF drum formation thingy.. so i think i can finish it.. but it depends.

need to get stuff for SYF.. damn, it is hard.. yet i am gg to do it.. i know wat drives me forward ,i guess.. to let ZingO grow and not disappoint my friends(strictly in my category of friends, not superior or anything like that..)

i hate being pang seh! two days in a row.. intentional or not, i am not pointing fingers at the people who ps me, but i dun like the feeling..

the loner gang (pinkie ups) was actually wanted to skip luncner with the others as we was against the idea of the spendthrift treating all of the performers.. the purpose is good, celebrate belson, farewell dinner for djw and celebrate the art fest we are in now.. haiz.. but we are short of money this period, this isn't really right.

it is on tmr, 2pm at the pasar theatre, chinatown, outside people's park food centre.. just come out of the correct MRT station will see le.. near bossini and gionardo there ...

then next sunday, at the tao payoh HDB hub.. the open area where they held the CampusSuperStar2 auditions.. at 6 pm.. so i hope you all can like organise like clique outings and come see us perform.. thank you.. it is quite near.. so pls take note!..

althought i still have a music project invloving poster design to doby the 7th jun, 2 essay review to write asap.. and study for music quiz and microeconomics quiz on the upcoming tuesday.. then my final essay is due on this coming friday.. haha SIM is finally providing some stress to stimulate my brain le.. whahaha...

it seems that the f***-ed behaviour of FGS is gone.. i think i own it to da jun wen although i dun have any proof.. cause he maybe came to see me ventilating on my blog.. than told chun ann how i felt abt things in ZingO.. he is always the mediator..

last night(yes, we have been practising in the nights recently), we had a discussion abt bonds.. it seems that in ZIngO got two gangs.. last time got 4.. the 12 zodiac gang that i am in.. and the TP gal gang.. since the TP guys sort of Piang seh the gals le.. then now the gals dun have a sense of belonging in ZingO le..cause got a certain 'barrier' in between us and them(this is how the situation is being seen..)

here are my twenty dollars worth of thoughts.. before i start my analysis, i will have to separate ZingO in to 12 zodiac(12Z) ans the Salvo zingoians(TPZ).. it is not to discriminate anyone but to show the difference only.. no isolating pple of anything like that...

first thing, we, the 12 zodiacs, have been friends for like 4 and a half years le.. how are we supposed to stop being friends and start treating each other like strangers then bond with the other ZIngO members like how we are currently doing huh?

second, TP pple feels they do not belong in ZingO. why? cause they are used to being in their group as well as we are used to be in our own group.. then their group size shrinks and they become the minority.. this creates a reduction of their activity level so much that they feel like we dun spend time with them.. it is because they do not do things like they do with the pple whom ps them..

third, the 12 zodiac was once like the TP pple, being the minority.. that time, aw, choon, neo,qing xia,pei qing, jasmine and charmaine was around.. then when i joined ZingO, there were only teck we, chun ann, belson and me.. since this is abt 12Z and TPZ, i will not list the other pple like FuHua and YCK and XJW's friends.. continuing , then we were the minority.. but we stay on.. and we tried to get of our 12Z friends to come.. i asked tony and edvwin to join, then ruo han.. zi ming came on board as well.. lastly, dennis joined as chun ann called him to come.. if you dun wan to feel like you are in a group, either you join in the existing group, spend more time together, or you get more pple who you know into ZingO... like drag back aw, choon, qing xia and others.. it is up to how you wanna think and act...

i won't say that it is fully the minority fault.. 12Z has to be partially responsibility... we joke in our own language too much.. but this kind of things will change only if we need to adapt to a GROUP of pple.. group means ABOVE 5..wat we can do is that we invite you into our social circle but you must participate in order to feel that you are there.. and treat us not like younger kids who are childish..perspective is the issue..

both 12Z and TPZ have to acknowledge that if we dun do something, we are gg to drift more apart and eventually lose contact.. i dun want that to happen although i am always the one who the other party find faults in and starts complaining ... in short, i am the weakest link in the the social link...

we have to put aside fundamental things down if we really wanna bond.. TPZ must put aside skills if they want to feel belonging.. 12Z need to stop behaving so close to create space to accommodate the others.. it is not easy but both parties have to do it to bong together to form ZingO.. NOT 12Z only TPZ..

these bonding will not destroy our current as 12Z and TPZ.. only to bring a higher level, clique bonding.. to form a group.. this will have to practiced in the future where we've got other pple joining ZingO...












okok.. then getting back to my own life..

i change the song into a play list cause myrin is doing it and the blog trend is to post music.. lol..

sch is getting more like school.. cause i finally got the sleepy feeling in microeconomics classes.. then got a lot of assignments to rush.. haha.. but dunno if i am gg to cope with homework, personal life and practices... haha.. like secondary school sia...

then later 4pm got lessons.. after that, got drum practice at ACS(I) again.. my mum is complaining already... but for art fest, must do it.. no choice... perspective...
